Sleep

I know this is lame, but hey, it's 12:19. Gimme a break.
Which is more healthy?
a) going to bed at around 12 AM and getting up at 8:30=81/2 hours.
or
b) going to bed at around 10 PM and getting up at 7:30=91/2 hours.
OR
c) going yo bed at around 8 PM and getting up at 8=12 hours.
I think probably b. c would be too much sleep and a is just strange.

I think the one that doesn't let you be posting when you should be asleep. No offense, but it's your health we're talking about.

It depends on for whom. For an infant, 12 hours of sleep is definitely appropriate. For a growing teenager, possibly twelve hours too, but not too often. An adult usually should get 8 1/2 hours of sleep a night. For someone our age, I'd say b.
