yeah, just a random debate here. I've found this mistake in books SOOOOO many times, it' bothering the heck out of me!
Say you have a dialogue scene. Is the proper grammar,
a. "Look out!" she yelled
b. "Look out!" She yelled
I'm certain "B" is wrong, because when the exclamation point or period or question mark is INSIDE the quotation marks, they're finishing the sentence INSIDE THE QUOTATION MARKS!!!!!!!!!!! So there shouldn't be a capital at the beinning of the following section of the sentence, right?

Ah, the mini-lesson. I remember those. I learned valuable stuff in those mini-lessons. Like how to draw a rainbow with only a number 2 pencil.
I perfected my hair-drawing skills!
I also mastered the art of completely erasing one's mind while appearing to be enthralled.
Very useful!
