New topic!

Which is worse: Being able to sing but thinking you can't, or thinking you can sing when you can't?

The latter. Optimism is always better!

But eventually you'll be horribly embarrassed.

I think that thinking you can sing when you can't is worse, because it's more of an impact on peoples lives if you can't sing.
You'll be dissed a lot more if you can't too.

Fair point. Bu being so dark and depressed:

"Oh, oh, I can't sing"- you'll never be able to sing when you have the talent! That's horrible!

Speaking of singing, my dad won't let me get an electric guitar, so I guess I'll just have to be just a vocalist.

And guess what? I'm getting singing lessons too!

Cool!
You know, you could always play viola once in a while too...
